Camp has been and gone,I had a great time and life has returned to a very busy version of normal!
I need to update here,but have been out training 3 times a week,and 2 of those times include a 2 and a half hour drive,plus work has gone crazy because of the hot weather we have had,so I just haven't had a chance...my bad.
Hopefully at some point on Sunday I'll have a moment to.
